RPC Bebo NL

Konstantin werkte voor mij in 2010/2011, de tijd dat ik General Manager/algemeen directeur was bij RPC Bebo NL. Hij was de drijvende kracht achter het herinrichten van het kwaliteitsbeheersysteem voor de vestiging Beuningen, nadat de vestiging in Goor gesloten was. Omdat Goor tot die tijd de hoofdvestiging was moest er nogal e.e.a. gebeuren. Konstantin heeft dat voortvarend gedaan. Hij heeft het hele Management Team zover gebracht alle bedrijfsprocessen nog eens kritisch te bekijken en daar waar mogelijk te verbeteren en te vereenvoudigen. Hij heeft het systeem voorbereid voor een complete her-certificering van de BRC IoP en de ISO 9001:2008 standaarden, dat inmiddels succesvol is verlopen. Konstantin is een gemotiveerde professional met veel kennis van zaken. Ik kan hem van harte aanbevelen.
